In 2021, renewal comes with rebirth. Our city and the earth we live in will recover little by little after the epidemic. Urban developers, architects, designers work together to achieve the highest quality works.

Deeply aware of the responsibility, CREDAWARD—as one of the most concerned awards in the industry—adheres to the evaluation standards of architectural aesthetics, environment protection, user experience and economic benefits.

因突发疫情，第七届「CREDAWARD地产设计大奖·中国」部分评委代表以及393份金银奖逐鹿项目在短短2天内转为全线上。在此，大奖全体学术代表、地产评委以及评审员感谢所有海内外优秀项目的参与，因为你们毫不保留，不计回报地将优秀的作品同台竞技，才能促进行业真正的进步发展。感谢每一家参赛机构用自己的实际行动来证明，作为肩负社会发展的重要参与者，我们恪守对原则的尊重，悍卫建筑的灵魂。

Due to the outbreak of the epidemic, part of Judges' representatives reviewing and Gold and Silver Awards Competition Presentation of 7TH CREDAWARD for 393 projects were turned online in just 2 days. All the Academic Representative, Developer Jury and Developer Reviewers appreciate the participation of all the projects home and abroad. All the outstanding projects competed on the same platform without reservation and without reward , which promotes the development of the industry. Through our own practical actions, each participating company has proved that as an important participant bearing the responsibility of social development, we respect for principles and defend the soul of architecture.

第七届「CREDAWARD地产设计大奖·中国」颁奖典礼，再次升级搬迁至气势恢宏的俄罗斯古典主义风格建筑的上海代表性建筑场所——上海展览中心（延安中路1000号）。

7TH CREDAWARD Award Ceremony will be held at Shanghai Exhibition Centre (1000 YanAn Road (C), Shanghai).

同期，一场属于地产建筑师的地产设计行业盛会——「DDF2021 地建师设计节」将正式揭开帷幕。在城市更新与再生的大环境下，以「共甦文城」作为主题的展览约5,000平米，主题论坛133场。

2021 DJSER Design Festival will be held during the same period. In the general environment of urban regeneration and design innovation, DDF will launch 「共甦文城」 approximately 5,000 square-meter themed exhibition and 133 theme forums.

“源于中国，面向世界”的「CREDAWARD地产设计大奖·中国」由地建师|DJSER发起于2014年，由中国最有影响力的学术代表和TOP50强开发商总建筑师联袂担任评委。

'Origined in China，For the World' — CREDAWARD was initiated by DJSER in 2014. The Jury Panel consists the influential academic representatives and chief architects from top-rated developers.

Purpose: CREDAWARD adheres to spread and commend cutting-edge design concepts for outstanding projects. It aims to lead the future urban development, and promote sustainable social development!

For more than seven years, CREDAWARD has attracted world-renowned design firms and developers from 20 countries and regions with 6,195 outstanding projects to participate in the award.
